Enabling the Recruiting and Candidate Experience Offering

Before using any module in Oracle Recruiting Cloud, it’s essential to opt in and enable the required offerings. These offerings ensure that all necessary features, such as job requisitions, candidate experience, and job applications, are activated.

Steps to Enable the Recruiting Offering:

1. Log in to Oracle Fusion Applications
   Log in to your Oracle Cloud account.
2. Access Setup and Maintenance
   In the top-right corner, click on your profile picture and select Setup and Maintenance.
3. Navigate to Offerings
   On the Setup and Maintenance page, click on the Actions button, and then select Go to Offerings.
4. Enable Recruiting and Candidate Experience Offering
   • On the Offerings page, search for Recruiting and Candidate Experience and click on it.
   • Select Opt-In Features to open the Opt-In: Recruiting and Candidate Experience page.
   • Ensure that all offerings are selected, including Recruiting Booster.
     Note: Recruiting Booster may require an additional license, but for this guide, all offerings are enabled to cover all functionalities.
5. Save and Confirm Activation
   • Click on Done to return to the Offerings page, then click Done again to navigate back to Setup and Maintenance.
   • On the Setup and Maintenance page, click on the Setup button to verify that Recruiting and Candidate Experience is listed as a new offering.

Functional Areas of Recruiting and Candidate Experience

Once the offering is enabled, you can start configuring the relevant functional areas of Oracle Recruiting Cloud. These areas are essential for managing various aspects of the recruitment process.

These areas are where you’ll configure the tasks that are crucial for your recruiting process.
